This is early-stage research to demonstrate our technical direction — it is not a commercially implemented or production-scale process, and figures are illustrative of a single pilot sample.
In a chemical-free, membrane-only trial on Sample 1, our team reached 85% total steviol glycosides (TSG). The interactive below walks through how it works — and, just as importantly, where the real engineering challenges lie.
